Refund policy

We take the utmost pride in each product sold by Boxed Wedding Invitations. Due to the nature of handmade crafts we don't accept refunds unless the error was made by one of our print production specialists.

If for any reason the client is unsatisfied with an order the invitations must be sent back within 24hrs from receipt of the package. If they are not sent back within 24 hours the order will not qualify for a refund.
