Payment and Delivery Information

Payment

Full payment including shipping is required when placing the order. We prefer that our customers order a sample before the final order is placed. We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. Customers will receive an email confirmation of the order, as well as receipt of payment.

Refunds & Exchanges

You may cancel at any time within 24 hours of placing your order by notifying Boxed Wedding Invitations via email at info@boxedweddinginvitations.com. A refund will be issued only at that time. However, Boxed Wedding Invitations will retain 20% of your payment to compensate for the costs and losses arising as a result of a cancellation.

Due to the custom nature of our invitation boxes and invitation cards returns and exchanges are not accepted. All orders are final and non-refundable.

If for any reason the client is unsatisfied with an order the invitations must be sent back within 24hrs from receipt of the package. If they are not sent back within 24 hours the order will not qualify for a refund.

If your event is cancelled, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

All samples are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

For all Massachusetts (MA) orders, we are required by law to charge 6.25% tax because our business is registered in MA.

Since our dispatch center is located in Massachusettes, we are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state. For orders shipped outside of Massachusettes it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the tax .

Minimum quantities

I have no minimum quantities on custom designed invitation boxes. We can accommodate small orders as well as large orders.

Shipping

Boxed Wedding Invitations provide shipping and receipts numbers. Boxed Wedding Invitations is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Shipping is through USPS, UPS, or FedEx with signature confirmation unless the customer decides to waive the confirmation during the order process. Please contact us if you need an upgrade in shipping or expedited delivery.

We DON’T purchase insurance for any of the packages unless the customer asks and pays for it.

Samples ship out within 2-3 business days from ordering via USPS Priority Mail.

Depending on the country, packages may stay in customs for several weeks or more. In some countries, duties and taxes may apply which the customer is completely responsible for on arrival of your package. Please look into the import policies and customs of your country before placing your order. We advise international customers to order at least 4-6 months in advance of your event.

Boxed Wedding Invitations will take no responsibility for damages or losses of packages received.

All invitation boxes are carefully sealed and packed to be protected during shipping. Please keep your products away from direct sunlight, water, humidity or any other liquids.

Please note: Boxed Wedding Invitations is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, federal holidays, custom inspection, unforseen circumstances or by any reason delays in shipping that may occur due to shipper.

*Delivery: standard delivery shipping is usually within 17 business days plus shipping time. If you require a rush order please let us know and we will try our best to accomodate your request. A rush fee will be applied to the final order. Average shipping time in the continental US is between 1-2 weeks.

Shipping Upgrade Options are available: (Should you wish to upgrade to any other shipping option please let us know and we will try our best to accomodate your needs and we will send you another Invoice for the additional costs.)
