Identifying the Movement
Identifying the movement
WHEN THE MENU BECOMES THE EXPERIENCE
The Sun
Courses physically reveal themselves from the sculptural form.
THE MENU IS NO LONGER JUST A MENU.
It opens. It moves. It reveals. It becomes part of the experience. Today’s guests want more than something beautiful to look at. They want details that feel unexpected, tactile, and memorable.
THE REVEAL
A sculptural sun menu where each course is revealed one at a time. This is where stationery becomes experiential. Not simply something guests read—but something they touch, open, discover, photograph, and remember. The most memorable details aren’t simply seen. They’re experienced.

The Heron → a menu becomes a freestanding three-dimensional tablescape object.
THE OBJECT
A dimensional heron menu designed to stand as part of the tablescape.

THE DISCOVERY
A custom sardine tin that guests physically open to uncover the menu inside. Guests open the custom tin to discover the evening’s menu inside, with each individual course represented by its own sardine-shaped piece. Whimsical in concept yet sophisticated in execution.
Every element—from the tin itself to the custom-shaped sardines, typography, colors, and printed details—can be designed around the event’s aesthetic.
The Sardine Tin → guests actually open the packaging to discover the menu/experience inside.
